We're talking about food today. Here are my old stand-by recipes, with links:

Chicken Enchiladas with white sauce
Thai Spring Rolls
Lemon Pepper Chicken
Spaghetti Pizza
Homemade Pepperoni or Pesto-Veggie Pizza
Shrimp Scampi or Stir-fry
Puck's Chicken (a tomato/Alfredo sauce over farfalle)
Minestrone Soup
Hawaiian Haystacks - (scroll down)
Grilled Salmon - spray foil with lemon Pam, place salmon skin-side down, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, grill until 145 degrees or flakes easily
Flatbread/Pita Pizzas - BBQ sauce, red onion slices, sauteed chicken, and mozzarella broiled until cheese is melty
Chicken and Rice Casserole - 1 1/2 C. uncooked rice, 3 c. chicken broth, 1 cup cheddar, diced chicken breast, onion to taste, bake 1 hour at 350
Chicken Teriyaki - basically, a dump recipe of sauteed chicken, frozen veggies and Yoshida's teriyaki

Garlic Roasted Veggies
Baked Sweet Potato Fries/Wedges
Asparagus w/Olive Oil and Prosciutto

I do flatbread/pita pizzas also--they are so much better for you.
