Tomorrow it's spaghetti sauce and a tomato soup base - that is if my fingers recover from all the jalapeno burns. I've heard that you should wear gloves when working with hot peppers, now I know first "hand" how important that is. All the tomatoes and onions are from my garden, and next year the peppers and garlic will be, too.
