It's Alive!

Witness: Michelle's first attempt at solo bread-making.
The only advice I gave her was to egg-wash extensively. This is the Lion House french bread recipe, and she used it to make soup bowls for navy bean soup. It smelled heavenly.
I think I could get used to having another baker in the family.
