We decided to try a new beach and had never been to Doheny Beach of Beach Boy fame. And get this, you can camp there - right ON THE BEACH. We may just have to try that.

All those white dots are sea gulls and they are thinking to themselves, "Fool! (because they sound like Mr. T when they think) Don't you know nothin' - the sand is where the food be!"

There was a wedding party at a large gazebo near by - they were not fazed by the shirtless geezer rockin out at full volume to the tunes on his iPod, the family volleyball game, nor the uninvited guests showing more skin than is expected at a wedding.

Even though we were late in catching some sun, I still managed to "pink up" my ears. I <3 me some Vitamin D, and even though I love my fireplace, hot chocolate, and the mountains in full color, I am really going to mourn Summer's passing.
