I just made something up


A recipe for dinner that turned out delish!

Scallop Stir-fry

12 scallops (dice after grilling)
1 smallish summer squash, 1/2 inch slices
1 sweet onion, cut in rings
1/4 red pepper, finely chopped
1 pkg thin-cut Azumaya noodles
1/2 c. Yoshida's Teriyaki
Spicy Miso (to taste, I used 2 tbsp)
1/4 cup peanuts

Grill the first 3 ingredients, just until done. Toss in frying pan with peanuts, peppers, and sauce. Prepare noodles and add to sauce. Stir until warmed. Eat up! Scallops have a very mild seafood taste, even milder than shrimp.
