Before we got started on finishing up the front yard - it was a bit of a mess with weeds and hodge-podge plantings. After nine plus years, it's about time we perked up the yard a little. I'm so indecisive when it comes to anything house-related (i.e., the family room that is still a work in progress), that it's all my fault. Mr. O has been after me to please "make up my mind, already" for a few years now.
This is the year folks. I'm making my mind up, already about lots of things. There's one more tree to go in - a weeping blue atlas cedar
at the corner of the house. It will take the rest of the summer for these plants to fill in. I'll try to get a better picture, but there's magic carpet spirea, salvia, red dianthus, and coral bells (both purple-leafed and bright green-leafed). The patio plants have only been here a few short weeks, and they're coming along nicely.
