From Space, y'all - From Space!

I tried a new make-up product after reading about Christy's experience with it. I have naturally full lips and no desire to look like Octomom, but I've always wanted to try a lip plumper.

So, um, vanity is not for the faint of heart. A couple minutes after I applied it, my lips started stinging-which is a normal sensation-and a little later I thought I had a cold sore (I've had exactly two in my entire life).

But, by the next day my entire upper lip had swollen to twice it's size, which is quite a feat, really. It's a tad more PLUMP than I was going for. Now, I'm hopped up on Benadryl (or Menadryl, as Ellie calls it) and Abreva and praying the swelling will stop soon. As it is now, they can totally be seen from Space.

Okay I totally ripped off that line from Annie, but if you could see my lips...you'd agree.

I'm sure I'll suffer Poster's Remorse if I throw up a picture here. So just email me if you'd like to see Lipzilla.

I don't enjoy beauty things that hurt, so thanks for the heads up! :) Hope you get back to yourself soon.

Hey! Wheres the picture so we can relate to your pain?

I promise that all of the beauty products that I recommend will NOT endanger your face, or your lips or your psyche, for that matter....

Feel better.
