These days I'm averaging 70-90 miles a week on the bike and it feels great. Funny thing though, my pants are fitting a bit more snug on my legs (not good, in case you were wondering).

Hopefully, one day the muscle will win out against the jiggly bits.

I absolutely love my rides. With the amount of rain we've had I can't always go on the trails,

So I end up back on the roads.

And really I'm okay with that.

But in either case - trail or road - there is just one thing to remember:
It's always, and I do mean always, best to ride with your mouth closed.

You might just be getting cyclist thighs. They have some pretty big muscles!

Stopped doing water aerobics in the deep end when my pants got tighter in the thighs instead of the other way around. I was not a happy fish. :(

Girl! You know it is just muscle not fat. I would rather see someone with a little definition than just skinny and no muscle. You look awesome and it is OK to have a little muscle even if that makes the pants a little snug. Wear shorts and show it off!!

Good for you on the mileage! And now that training is in full mode for me, yeah, my legs are a little fuller. I can tell it's muscle, but it's still disconcerting to feel them in my jeans
