Beef Bulgogi

I hadn't tried this recipe before, but the family agreed it's a keeper. The best part is it's easily prepared in the crock-pot or broiled.

Mix together:
4 T Soy Sauce
2 T Sugar
1 T Sesame Seeds
1 T Sesame Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Green Onions, thinly sliced
pinch of salt

Next:
Cut (cross-grain is best) 1 lb beef into thin strips. Place both the beef and marinade in a container and marinate in fridge overnight. Cook on low in crock pot all day or broil on foil-lined pan for 5 minutes each each side. Serve over rice.

I doubled it to feed my family and had leftovers for a lunch. Delicious!
